Eoin O’Sullivan appointed General Manager of Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens.

Lough Rynn Castle & Hanly Castle Hotel Group have announced the appointment of Mr. Eoin O’Sullivan as General Manager of Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens.

With over 30 years’ experience in the global luxury hospitality industry, Eoin is well positioned to bring the vision for the Castle to new levels, creating a hotel that combines a deep sense of connection with exceptional guest experiences. Eoin brings a wealth of knowledge with both Irish and international experience to the role. His reputation for elevating guest experiences and fostering strong team cultures has been proven throughout his career to date.

A graduate of Shannon College, Eoin has amongst many roles served as General Manager of Carton House Maynooth, the Culloden Estate & Spa in Belfast as well as a number of years overseas working in prestigious resorts in Barbados and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Eoin’s appointment coincides with the commencement of the expansion of Lough Rynn Castle which will consist of 51 Additional Guest Bedrooms, Swimming Pool, Spa and wellness facilities and a second Restaurant. He will lead the team through what will be a hugely exciting time for Lough Rynn Castle and Hanly Castle Hotel Group.

In his role, Eoin will oversee Castles operations, development program and lead a dedicated team committed to creating experiences that celebrate the Castles cultural and natural heritage, where guests can pause, reflect, and reconnect in the most beautiful of settings.

Eoin’s worldwide management experience ensures he will be well placed to deliver the truly memorable and unique guest experience synonymous with Lough Rynn Castle.
