Hodson Bay Group has been named as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces in 2025, ranking 12th overall in the Super Large Category and securing the top spot as the leading hospitality group in this category.
The well-known hotel group along with some of Ireland’s largest companies were recognised at the 23rd annual Great Place to Work® Awards ceremony held recently in The Clayton Hotel Dublin. The recognition is based on independent feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey on their workplace experience.
Great Place to Work® also awarded Hodson Bay Group as one of the Best Workplaces for Women™ in This year they recognised companies from a wide range of sectors and sizes, with over 2,000 female leaders represented among these organisations.
