
The Marine Hotel Sutton was sold to Hotels Properties Limited, for in excess of the €10M guide price.
Acting on behalf of the Ryan family, JLL, a leading global commercial real estate and investment management company has announced the successful completion of the sale of the Marine Hotel in Sutton, Dublin 13.
Established in 1897, the well-known hotel includes 48 guestrooms and numerous food & beverage, conferencing and leisure facilities, all situated on a rare seafront site.

The sale attracted numerous bids from domestic and international hotel groups and the hotel was sold to Hotels Properties Limited, for in excess of the €10M guide price.
The Ryan family were advised on the disposal by JLL, Matheson LLP, Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP, PWC, Evelyn Partners, Hollis and Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects and Urban Designers.
Hotels Properties Limited were advised by Michael Clifford & Associates, Mullany Walsh Maxwell and Quantus Advisory accountants.
