The Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance (IFSA) has officially announced the finalists for the 2025 IFSA Awards, with the winners set to be revealed on the first day of CATEX – Ireland’s largest foodservice and hospitality event.
Returning to the RDS, Simmonscourt from 18th – 20th February, CATEX will mark a significant milestone as it celebrates 60 years of championing excellence in the industry.
Aimed at recognising product and service innovation within the foodservice industry, the IFSA Awards shine a light on suppliers leading the way in sustainability, technology, and efficiency. Proudly sponsored by Gas Networks Ireland, the theme for 2025 is Environmental Sustainability and the Circular Economy, with the shortlist required to identify their environmental impacts and demonstrate plans to reduce their footprint in alignment with government and climate targets.
Winners will be determined through a two-stage judging process, assessed by an independent panel of industry experts, and announced on day one of CATEX.
