Robert joins Trump Ireland from his role as Executive Sous Chef at Carton House, a Fairmont-managed property, where he was pivotal in delivering world-class culinary experiences. His career journey includes key leadership roles at renowned establishments such as The Conrad Hotel and The Merrion Hotel, where he honed his ability to balance tradition with contemporary cuisine.
